Garrett Hilpipre, a respected figure in Denver's music scene, brings with him a decade-long legacy. Originally from Iowa, he ventured to Colorado in 2008 after a transformative stint in the Madagascar Peace Corps. Co-founding Mountain to Sound, a Denver boutique music promotion project, over 13 years ago ignited his journey in music and community development.

Mountain to Sound bridges local and touring acts through intimate concerts and events, connecting musicians with diverse audiences. A fervent advocate for the performing arts, Garrett excels in event management and community engagement.

As the Executive Director of Soundscape Collective, he pioneered an innovative music residency program that fosters collaborations, connecting artists, host communities, and audiences through genuine dialogue

Greg, the Co-Founder of Mountain to Sound, is a driving creative force behind their events. Whether the stage is set in an attic, basement, alley, or the woods, he ensures each show offers a unique musical experience for both artists and audiences. With over a decade of experience organizing intimate concerts, his expertise and artist relationships are valuable additions to the Soundscape team. His laidback, glass-half-full attitude is appreciated by all.

Jamie DiProjetto

Jamie, a valued member of the Mountain to Sound team, generously lends his talents to the Soundscape Collective's mission. With extensive experience in organizing dozens of MtS concerts, he is a true Swiss Army knife in event production. From planning and ticketing to stage setup, band communication, and social media management, Jamie excels in every aspect of our work. We are fortunate to have him on board.

Kyle Jame Hauser - Board of Directors

Jesse Elliott, is the Director of Creative Ecosystems for Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange (CACHE). Jesse moved to NWA from Colorado where he served as the director of the Bohemian Foundation’s Music District, a 57,000-square-foot campus for the music industry in Fort Collins.

Previously, Jesse was a full-time touring rock musician, songwriter and band leader, releasing six albums and performing live 1,200 times over a decade, from SXSW to Lollapalooza with his bands These United States and Ark Life.

With his company Range Music Ecosystems, Jesse and his co-founder Dr. Bryce Merrill researched and wrote the music strategies for the city of Denver and the state of Colorado, and brought together international thinkers on music and community for the City of Austin, the Biennial of the Americas, and more.

Kyle James Hauser

Kyle James Hauser is a musician, songwriter, faculty at Berklee College of Music, and Artist Development Manager at the Music District. An accomplished performer, Kyle has played CMJ, SXSW, the Kentucky Derby, and headlined La Roche Bluegrass Festival in France (to name a few), and shared the stage with the likes of Nathaniel Rateliff, Bonnie “Prince” Billy, The Head and the Heart, Lucinda Williams, and more.

A graduate in Songwriting from Berklee, Kyle went on to study banjo and has been involved in over a dozen album releases over his career. He released his first record “Oh Oh” on sonaBLAST! Records, his album "You a Thousand Times" reached #1 on Colorado Public Radio a month after its release, and his songs are featured in film and television, including Judd Apatow’s Oscar-nominated The Big Sick. In addition to his background as a musician, Kyle has been involved in music nonprofits such as Louisville Folk School, Take Note Colorado, Black Fret and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and is a skilled teacher and masterclass instructor.

Denver native, Lisa Gedgaudas has been recognized for her outstanding leadership in advancing arts and culture in the city for over 10 years.

Lisa currently serves as the Administrator for Create Denver, a City initiated program with Denver Arts & Venues that showcases Denver’s talented and dynamic creative community, recognizes its role in making Denver vibrant and economically vital and catalyzes the sector to become cohesive and sustainable.

Mark Bell has practiced law in Colorado for 25 years emphasizing finance, real estate and business. Mark's passions are alternative music and literature. Mark is an avid but mediocre guitarist and writer of poetry and dark fiction.

His community involvement is extensive and focuses on furthering the arts and assisting those suffering from addiction or homelessness. Mark serves on the Colorado Public Radio Community Advisory Board, the Stain'd Arts Board of Directors, and facilitates for Refuge Recovery, a national Buddhist based addiction recovery program.
